PGA provided the valuation of assets for sale from the fellow franchiser to come up with a fair-market offering price. After our analysis, it was decided by the franchise owner that was our client not to move forward since the fellow franchiser's desired price was too overvalued relative to the assets.

To date, we have provided the initial valuations to set the acquisition price.
