A principal data scientist and senior quantitative research professional, Christopher Gantz is a sought-after innovator who creates unique, highly effective data-driven solutions. An accomplished, team-oriented professional who is passionate about using data science, artificial intelligence, and data-driven analytics to frame and solve finance, investment, and practical business problems, then using the results to inform business decisions, Mr. Gantz specializes in developing automated reporting and investment analysis of active and passive investment strategies in various software frameworks and platforms.
Mr. Gantz began his career as a Technical Staff Member at multiple companies before being recruited by Sun Microsystems’ Enterprise Services team as a Consulting and Systems Support Engineer V. He rapidly advanced to a Staff Engineer position with Sun Microsystems’ Sun Services Engineering, Software Serviceability Group [SSE]), where he worked with Product Design to improve software serviceability requirements adoption throughout software development and was key in influencing the implementation of automated diagnosis tools via product expertise and evangelization.
In this role, Mr. Gantz learned how to reduce customer issue downtime by creating Mr. Gantz began his career as a Technical Staff Member at multiple companies before being recruited by Sun Microsystems’ Enterprise Services team as a Consulting and Systems Support Engineer V. Wes brings more than 20 years of experience as an accounting and finance professional serving clients in the US, Middle East, Europe & Africa. His career has focused on advising private/public companies on complex accounting and capital market transactions such as mergers & acquisitions, divestitures (carve-outs/spin-offs), IPOs, debt/equity offerings, GAAP conversions and joint ventures.
Wes began his career as an auditor with PwC in Chicago, specializing in financial and internal controls audits for healthcare, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical companies. In 2010, he joined PwC’s Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory practice in Zurich, Switzerland where he led accounting advisory services on a variety of transactions involving merger & acquisitions, divestitures and IFRS conversions for Foreign Private Issuers. He has also advised companies on responding to SEC comment letters and has been involved on a number of debt offerings for private clients.
In 2013, Wes relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with PwC and led US GAAP, IFRS and SEC accounting advisory services on multinational corporations in a variety of different industries. In 2014, Wes left public accounting and accepted a position as the Director of Consolidation and Technical Accounting for ARYZTA, a Swiss public company with over $4 billion in annual revenue.
In 2016, Wes returned to the United States. He is currently President/CEO of Campbell & Associates LLC located in Denver, Colorado.
Wes is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Wes received his BA in Finance and Accounting with an International dimension from Indiana University. He is a member of the AICPA.
LeVon has spent more than 20 years working with entrepreneurs on finance, business strategy and value realization. Prior to Capfluent, LeVon was the Director of Finance and Portfolio Strategy for a private equity firm focused on providing capital solutions for the industrial hemp industry. He honed his expertise in financial modeling and analysis, investor communications, capital formation and sales management during his tenure at a Silicon Valley based fintech startup, a global investment bank and an institutional money management firm. LeVon leverages his deep experience by working directly with clients to create business plans and financial projections, optimize operations, lead investor relations, direct capital raising efforts, and build successful sales teams in emerging markets. LeVon received a BSc in Economics from the University of Dayton.
